To appease Pathology providers, the Government has decided that the rents OFFERED BY PATHOLOGY companies to the Landlord are too high.
It would seem that our Government has decided that it, and not the market or the courts, will determine what the maximum rent a Pathology company will pay.
Since when is it the Government’s responsibility to “bail out” those who claim they have made poor business decisions?
