Key procedural steps include:

  1. Identifying suitable properties for you to occupy

  2. Providing advice as to the positives and negatives of identified options

  3. In consultation with the client, selecting the most suitable option

  4. Negotiating the most favourable purchase or lease terms on behalf of our client

  5. Ensuring the transaction is finalised to the satisfaction of our client

 

As part of our advocacy service, where required, Healthcare Property Group also manages the entire process from vacation of your existing practice to moving into your new location.

This may include:

  • Developing an exit strategy from your current practice whether it is owned or leased

  • Preparation of a costs schedule incorporating all aspects of the move

  • Liaison with your legal and/or financial advisors

  • Managing permit requirements when necessary

  • Scheduling critical events to facilitate the transaction

  • Working side by side with our client to ensure the new premises is ready for occupation
